MoMA x Nike Everyday Sock
Nike and MoMA Design Store teamed up to develop a series of limited-edition and co-branded product releases beginning with the MoMA Nike Everyday Sock. Each co-branded release will underscore the connection between movement and design while offering a reminder that inspiration is often exemplified in everyday objects.
MoMA Design Store Exclusive Launch: Nike Air Max 95
Nike released a new iteration of the original ‘Neon’ Air Max 95 colorway based on an unrealized 1994 sketch from the shoe’s designer, Sergio Lozano . The sneaker was sold exclusively through Nike’s SNKRS app and in collaboration with the MoMA Design Store. The launch began on store.moma.org and sold out immediately. Nike then launched another batch on its SNKRS app, which were made available for pick up only at MoMA Design Store’s Soho New York location.
Jordan Brand x Nina Chanel Abney
When Nina Chanel Abney, an artist with work in MoMA’s collection teamed up with the Jordan brand to reimagine the iconic Air Jordan 3 in the artist’s unique visual language, MoMA Design Store celebrated with an exclusive pop-up shop at its Soho location.
